It hasn't really been a very busy period neither has it been really slacky.
With EFMA & BusinessFinance projects due next week, I don't seem to be feeling the pressure at all. Rather, I've been getting inspirational thoughts about what to apply for my projects.
My Marketing Management Part-time Tutor, Ms Yeo said, "Reports are meant to provide an insight that gives an edge over the current obstacles. Reports are not meant to be too academical." Or something similar to what was said.
After listening to what she had said, I pondered over many things. For days, I've been thinking about certain issues. Finally, I linked my learnings with my thoughts and was enlightened once again.
I've come to an understanding that project work is never easy. One may feel they are with a group of friends where they can work in harmony. Another may feel they are with a group of capable individuals where work is ensured to be done.
Such is not the case when having taken a 3rd party view, humans are meant to make errors. Judgement can never be correct even if one have made the max available options. Everyone have their own weaknesses and strenghts.
However, people choose to recognise the dominant ability of a person rather than accepting both. Ironically, people also choose to show their dominant ability rather than practising both.
Conclusion? Working with friends does not necessarily equate to success. There may be a success factor, but the quality of the work done is questionable.
So, like Chien Wei said, "Friends & Projects, Does Not Mix."
